Pam and Susanne welcome the children to Chapel!

Sunday Children’s Chapel

The Holy Eucharist contains two parts. The first part of the service is the Proclamation of the Word of God. After praying the Collect of the Day with the congregation on Sundays, children are escorted into Trinity Chapel for the first part of the service, which includes lessons from Holy Scriptures, the Apostles’ Creed, the Lord’s Prayer, prayers of the people, and the confession of sin. The first part of the service concludes with the peace, when children rejoin the congregation for the second part of the service, which is the Celebration of the Holy Communion.

Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not stop them; for it is to such as these that the kingdom of heaven belongs.” - Matthew 19:14

God’s Love

I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.

- John 13:34-35

Our Children

Jesus called a child, whom he put among them, and said, “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Whoever becomes humble like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. Whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me.”

- Matthew 18:2-5

O God, you made us in your own image and redeemed us
through Jesus your Son: Look with compassion on the whole
human family; take away the arrogance and hatred which
infect our hearts; break down the walls that separate us;
unite us in bonds of love; and work through our struggle and
confusion to accomplish your purposes on earth; that, in
your good time, all nations and races may serve you in
harmony around your heavenly throne; through Jesus Christ
our Lord. Amen.

Stations of the Cross

The Trinity children created the Stations of the Cross in order to better understand and to personalize what our Savior endured.
